Fashion Editor

Ranjit Rodricks is a popular fashion editor and man-about-town from Mumbai. He started off  his career in 1995 with a column in The Daily – a morning tabloid. He then started writing columns for other newspapers like The Pioneer (Mumbai & Delhi editions).

Ranjit has also written style features for a host of leading and well-known publications like Femina, Mid Day, Bombay Times, The Indian Express, The Statesman, Namaskaar (Air India inflight magazine), The Taj Hotels inhouse magazine and Khaleej Times.

The most interesting project he worked on was a coffee-table book by late Hollywood star Persis Khambatta called Pride of India – A Tribute to Miss India. He wrote Persis’ own story for the best-selling book.

During his long career he has met and interacted with international superstars like Linda Evangelista, Cindy Crawford, Emma Bunton (of the Spice Girls), Tommy Hilfiger, Adam Gilchrist, Shane Warne, Prince Michael of Kent, Mark Shand (brother of Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall), Satya Oblette, Princess Francoise Sturdza, Robert Miles, Bibhu Mohapatra, Naeem Khan, Irina Shayk and Daniel Beddingfield amongst many others.

His journey as a blogger began when he joined MissMalini.Com at (almost) the inception of the company. He spent three fulfilling years, covering lifestyle, Bollywood and fashion events for the blog.

Ranjit credits Malini Agarwal for all that he has learned as a blogger and on social media and will always be indebted to her in a personal and professional capacity.

Ranjit has also extended his forte to Social Media PR and event organization. Being a regular on the celebrity circuit he has personal and intimate access to top-notch designers, Bollywood stars, models and Page 3 socialites. In this capacity, not only has he successfully executed and hosted a number of  events and launches in Mumbai city but is also the go-to person for celebs who wish to further their social media reach.
