The pristine white walls of the Olive Bar & Kitchen in Bandra, came alive last weekend with vibrant paintings and colourful canvases by children of varied ages.
The exhibition of their strikingly beautiful works was curated by art czarina, Rouble Nagi, whose NGO foundation works tirelessly with under privileged children.
Says Rouble, “I was humbled that some of India’s leading figures like Aaditya Thackeray, Emraan Hashmi and Sushmita Sen graced the occasion with their stellar presence.”
Close to sixty works were exhibited across various styles and genres of art, leaving viewers pleasantly surprised by the level of skill and how each student has been specially moulded to further sharpen his/her talent.
The exhibition is a yearly event and we’re already looking forward to the next one in 2016.
