Military Chic is a huge trend since the past few seasons and it refuses to die out. From Moschino to Balmain and Shantanu & Nikhil to Raghavendra Rathore, designers across the globe interpret military looks in their own way to make a lasting style statement.

The latest to jump on to this trend is Sayantan Sarkar who formed his own label a decade ago to revive and conserve the dying crafts heritage of West Bengal.

This season, his designs are inspired from military silhouettes and the collection is called Children Of War. This collection revolves around the contradiction between two emotions depicted with structure and fluidity.

The colour palette consists of olives, dark burgundies and navy’s, teamed up with sap greens, khaki browns, ice blues and muted gold which adds a hint of metallic.
